Im looking on setting up a space where people can simply drop in and check-in with themselves--and each other.
Im happy to manage and provide the space if it is something people are interested in.
I stress this will not take the form of a counselling session--but will be a safe space for people to explore a little bit of vulnerability if they feel safe to do so.
I hope by opening a space where people are welcome to simply just sit if they don’t want to speak, but do so knowing that they are valued and welcome may just aid in emphasising that therapeutic space takes many forms.
